RENTAL POLICIES OVERVIEW 1. A deposit is required to hold your reservation. We are willing to place a "no obligation" hold for your requested dates for a few days to give you a chance to make final arrangements. 2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover for deposits. Once your deposit is received we will send you a conformation by mail. The confirmation will detail the total amount and date final payment is due. 3. The reservation deposit is refundable less a $75 handling fee if notice of cancellation is received more than 60 days in advance. If notice of cancellation is received less than 60 days in advance the deposit less the $75 handling fee will be refunded IF we are able to rent to another party. 4. Full payment is required 45 days in advance or the date indicated on your reservation confirmation. If full payment is not received by the designated due date the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be forfeited. 5. If you need to cancel after final payment is made, payment will
be refunded less a 6. The deposit becomes a cleaning/damage/phone deposit when you occupy the home. It will be refunded in full, if there are no phone charges, damage or excess cleaning needed. |
