Billabong House

New, large, luxurious, lakefront home in a fantastic location! Great lake and mountain views. Catch and release fishing at your doorstep. We provide a private dock and watercraft for use at your own risk. Fabulous great room!

Decks

Huge wrap around furnished deck, overlooking Sun Valley Lake, with easterly, southern, and western exposures. Has a deck gate to keep small children from running off the deck. The two upstairs bedrooms have furnished balconies.

Sleeps up to 8 people.

Sleeping loft has a fold-out queen size sofa bed.  We also provide two sleeping cots for children in their own sleeping bags.  Pack-and-play crib also available. There are clean linens on the beds when you arrive. We provide a limited number of towels. You may wish to bring some extra towels.

Kitchen

Fully equipped, huge, gourmet kitchen with two dishwashers, microwave, large size gas range and oven, large refrigerator and freezer, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc.

Dining Room

Large dining table comfortably seating up to 10 people.

Fireplaces

#1 – Large gas fireplace in great room.   #2 – gas fireplace in bedroom suite #2.

Laundry

Washer and dryer available. Large laundry sink.

Communications and TV

High speed Wi-Fi Internet.  Bring your own laptop computer. Telephone: free long distance within the USA. Direct TV Satellite system,  60 inch screen, and DVD player.

Barbecue

Propane barbecue on the deck. (Propane available at Winding River Resort and Elk Creek Campgrounds if you run out.)

Pets

Pets are generally not allowed in the Billabong House but we might make an exception for extremely well-behaved dogs. ( No puppies.)  Please discuss when making a reservation. There is a small additional charge for a very well-behaved dog.

Other Information

No Smoking!

No parties or events! The house, decks, and the lake facilities are for the use of registered guests only. Please do not invite extra people to visit, without prior permission from Stan or Rhondda.

No loud music!

No outdoor fires!

No tents or RV’s allowed on the property.

Rates and Availability

Summer (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend): $550/night for up to 8 people.
Xmas/New Year and July 4 Holiday period: $595 night for up to 8 people.
Other times: $345 – $450/night for up to 8 people.

Additional people (including babies and children) up to a maximum of 10 people at $15/person/night.

Please Note: We try very hard to ensure that all of the above features and amenities will be available to you. However, we do not guarantee availability and function of every amenity and feature. We would attempt to repair any problem or replace an item as soon as possible, but sometimes it is impossible to fix things on very short notice. We do not offer refunds for problems beyond our control, e.g.  broken appliances, carpet stains, short term power outages, TV  outage, Wi-Fi outage etc.  If the house becomes uninhabitable due to a long term power outage, plumbing problems etc., then we would try to find other equivalent accommodations, or offer a refund for the unused nights. Refunds are limited to amounts already paid to Moose Lake Lodge, LLC for the unused time. RENTAL POLICIES
